Add Discount Codes to emails
Discounts encourage more reviews. Our research shows that customers offering discounts in their emails see CTR increase to 26+%. This guide will show you how to include a discount offer in your review request emails.

The app does not generate dynamic/unique codes; the same discount code is sent to all customers. To limit code overuse, enable the "Limit to one use per customer" option in the Discounts tab.
Step 1: Add a discount code in Shopify
Add a discount code on the Discounts page in your Shopify admin. For detailed instructions, refer to this Shopify guide.

Step 2: Select a discount code
Go to the Settings tab, click 'Reward coupon code for email,' and choose the code.

Step 3: Add a discount to the email body
When the coupon code is selected, go to the email template and place the cursor where you want to display the discount. Then, click the discount icon.

Select the subject line:

Rewrite the message according to your business needs.

Step 4: How customers can claim a coupon
Coupons are not automatically sent to customers who left reviews.
The customer can get a coupon in 4 steps: write a review → click “claim coupon code” → fill out the form → click send. After clicking "Claim Coupon code," they are redirected to the form to complete.
Step 5: How to approve coupons
You can view and approve coupon requests in the app under the "Coupons" tab.

You will receive an email notification every time a customer fills out the form, allowing you to approve it there.
