Important limits
You can send review requests to past orders up to 2 months old (older orders aren’t eligible).
You can send up to 10.000 invites.
You can send requests for fulfilled or delivered orders. With Send past orders (manual trigger), fulfilled emails are sent and the trigger delay applies. Note: Created, tag added, and paid triggers don’t apply to past orders.
