How price and stock auto-sync works

Auto-sync keeps your Shopify store's product prices and availability status aligned with eBay, ensuring they stay up-to-date.

Currently, the feature works only for the products added to the shopping cart.

To enable the feature, go to Settings and activate “Auto-sync”.

When a product variant is updated, the new value will appear in the “Last sync” column.

We do not track exact stock quantities from eBay. Instead, we only read the availability status (whether a product is available or out of stock).
