No reviews shown
If your domain lacks review data, it likely has no reviews yet. To address this, you need to collect reviews on supported platforms listed here. After obtaining 50+ reviews, submit an approval request here. Approval may take time.
Once approved and reviews are live on Google Shopping, you can showcase them on your site with our widget.
"Leave a review" button doesn't work
The "Leave a review" button should be disabled for Google Shopping, as it does not have a review form to redirect to.
How to collect reviews after checkout?
The Checkout extension widget works only with Google My Business, not Google Shopping. Currently, collecting reviews after checkout isn't possible, but we're working on a solution.
