Why authorize with Google to show your reviews
When you add your business to Google Reviews, you can either sign in with your Google account or just paste the link to your business.
This guide outlines why we request access and the benefits it offers.

When you sign in with Google, you can display up to 50 reviews by default (with the option to request more). If you use a direct link to your business instead, the limit is 20 reviews.
Why we require admin access?

Google's permissions model currently does not support more granular access levels. It’s important to know that:
Google’s permissions system doesn’t allow selective access.
It’s all or nothing: full access to edit, create, and delete — or no access at all.
We do not edit or delete anything in your business account.
We use the API only to retrieve data — nothing more.
Your privacy matters
When you sign in with Google, we do not access, store, or use any personal data beyond what's required to display your business reviews.
We do not save your account information, and your data is never shared or used for any other purpose. All access is strictly limited to what’s necessary for the app to function.
Good to know: Google authorization is optional — you can still use the app by simply adding your business link.
