How to fulfill and ship orders?

The app operates in manual mode and does not fulfill orders automatically. You’ll need to manage shipping and order fulfillment on your own. Once a customer places an order, purchase the product on Amazon and ship it directly to them.

How to find my Affiliate ID?

If you're new to Amazon Affiliate, start by creating your account here. Amazon requires new affiliates to make a minimum of three sales during their first 180 days. If you fail to do this, your account will be closed.

For existing members, find your affiliate ID by logging into the Amazon Associates portal. Next to the “Store” in the top-right corner, you will see your ID (an alphanumeric username ending in -20 for U.S. accounts).

What if the product is out of stock on Amazon?

If an imported product goes out of stock on Amazon, we’ll automatically set its price and stock to 0 on Shopify. Your out-of-stock settings will then apply, and the product will be marked as unavailable. Make sure this feature is enabled.
