# How to earn 4% with Share and Save

[Etsy Share & Save](https://www.etsy.com/seller-handbook/article/1187231088945) is a program that lets sellers earn back **4% of the order value** on sales they drive to their own Etsy shop through special affiliate-style links. Reputon can embed these links into your Shopify store automatically so every visitor who clicks through to Etsy counts toward your 4% back.

### Before you start: understand the rules

* You earn 4% only on orders that come through your Share & Save links, not on all your Etsy orders.
* This does **not** stack with Etsy Ads. If the customer clicks an Etsy ad before buying, you won't receive the 4%.
* Links must point to **your own** shop or products, not other sellers.
* The 4% is calculated on the order value, **excluding shipping and taxes**.
* The customer must buy within **30 days** of clicking your link.

### Step 1: Enable Share & Save on Etsy

1. Go to **Etsy Shop Manager → Marketing → Share & Save**
2. Enable the program
3. Once enabled, every product listing in your shop will have a **"Share & Save link"** button

You can use the links Etsy generates per product, or generate them from the Share & Save dashboard.

### Step 2: Enable Share & Save in the app

Once Share & Save is active on Etsy, go to the Reputon app settings and activate the Share & Save option. The app will automatically embed your unique Share & Save links into the "View on Etsy" buttons displayed on your Shopify store.

This means: when a visitor on your Shopify store clicks through to Etsy and buys within 30 days, you earn the 4% back, without any manual work.

### **Step 3: Drive traffic to your store**

The more visitors you send to your Shopify store, the more potential Share & Save conversions you get. Some effective channels:

* Share your Shopify store link on social media (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok)
* Send it to your email list
* Add it to your Etsy shop announcement or bio
* Run paid ads pointing to your Shopify store

Every click that goes through your Reputon-embedded links counts.
