Cancel subscription

To cancel subscription, simply uninstall the app from Settings → Apps and Sales Channels. This page explains how, what happens to your widgets and data, and answers common billing questions.

What happens with billing after cancellation

The timing of your cancellation relative to your billing cycle affects whether you're charged for the current period.

Uninstall during free trial

No charge at all. You won't be billed for the trial period under any circumstances.

Uninstall after trial / mid-billing cycle Shopify charges for the full current billing period. Refund available.

Future billing Once uninstalled, recurring charges stop automatically. You will not be billed again.
