Add YouTube videos to different products

The app can display up to 50 videos per widget.

To display different playlists or single videos on various product pages, you need to create specific templates for each page. By default, all your products might be grouped under a single template. If you add a widget, it will apply to all the products within that template.

Step 1: Create a product template

You can check a Shopify Templates Guide or follow these steps.

Desktop:

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.

2. Find the theme that you want to edit, and then click Customize.

3. Use the Template drop-down menu to select a template. Click + Create template.

4. Give your template a unique name.

5. Using the Template drop-down menu, select which existing template you want to base your new template on.

6. Click Create template.

Apply a new template to a product

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Products.

2. Use the search filter to locate the product that you want to change, or click the product from the list of existing products.

3. In the Theme template section, use the drop-down menu to select a new theme template to apply to the selected product.

4. Click Save.

When products are added to a specific template, we can include videos that are exclusively related to those products. Select the desired product template and add the widget; those videos will then be displayed only on the associated pages.
