# Add multiple Google locations

### Who is this for? <a href="#when-to-use" id="when-to-use"></a>

<table data-view="cards"><thead><tr><th align="center"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td align="center"><strong>Multiple physical stores</strong><br><br>A retail chain with separate Google profiles per city. Show each store's reviews on its own page.</td></tr><tr><td align="center"><p><strong>Multiple brands or businesses</strong><br></p><p>You own several distinct businesses and want to feature each one's Google reputation separately.</p></td></tr><tr><td align="center"><p><strong>Aggregated combined rating</strong><br></p><p>Combine reviews from all locations into one widget to show an overall rating across your entire business.</p></td></tr></tbody></table>

### How many locations can I add? <a href="#limit" id="limit"></a>

{% hint style="success" icon="location-dot" %}
**Up to 30 locations by default.** Need more than 30? Contact us at <support@reputon.com>, we can increase the limit for your account on request.
{% endhint %}

### How to activate multiple locations <a href="#activate" id="activate"></a>

1. Click `Change plan` in the app.
2. Select the number of locations you need.
3. Confirm and connect your locations.
4. Add a widget for each location (or use "All Locations").

{% hint style="info" %}
**To downgrade:** Repeat the same steps and select a lower number of locations. Payment adjustments depend on your billing cycle. Changes made *before* your invoice is issued apply immediately; changes made *after* take effect in the next billing cycle.
{% endhint %}

### How aggregated reviews work <a href="#aggregated" id="aggregated"></a>

When you select **"All Locations"** in the Theme Editor widget settings, Reputon combines reviews from all connected profiles into a single feed. The total number of reviews shown is split evenly across locations.

<figure><img src="https://3311081497-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FRkZZ4LuP4fAqhhizix17%2Fuploads%2FKt55FkITN83VdbdwiGZM%2Fgoogle-all-locations.png?alt=media&#x26;token=6fbe9cf4-a9e1-4b71-932e-3dee55ad66f3" alt="google-reviews-all-locations"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

When you have two or more locations, select **"All Locations"** in the Theme Editor to show aggregated reviews. For example:

{% hint style="info" icon="lightbulb" %}
The exact count per location may vary depending on your active filters (star rating, date range). Filters apply before the split, so a location with fewer qualifying reviews may show fewer than the calculated share.
{% endhint %}

### How the aggregated rating is calculated <a href="#rating" id="rating"></a>

When showing multiple locations together, Google Reviews averages the ratings across all connected profiles and rounds to one decimal place.

### Frequently asked questions <a href="#faq" id="faq"></a>

<details>

<summary>Can each location have its own widget on different pages?</summary>

Yes. You can add multiple widget blocks in the Theme Editor, one per location, and place them on any page you want. For example, you can have a widget for "New York" on one landing page and a widget for "London" on another.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can I filter reviews per location independently?</summary>

No, filters apply globally across all locations at once.

</details>

<details>

<summary>I need more than 30 locations. Is that possible?</summary>

Yes, the 30-location limit is a default, not a hard cap. Reach out to us in [**live chat**](https://go.crisp.chat/chat/embed/?website_id=d24ef16e-6e05-49e9-bd59-a6f3bde0658a) and we'll increase the limit for your account.
