<summary>Why can't I see my Facebook reviews?</summary>

Only reviews from **public Facebook Pages** can be imported. Make sure your Page's review section is set to visible in your Facebook Page settings (Settings → Privacy → Page visibility).

Reviews from personal Facebook profiles or private groups are not supported.

<summary>How often do reviews sync?</summary>

Reviews sync automatically every **24 hours**. If you've just received a new review and want to see it immediately, you can trigger a manual refresh from the app settings.

<summary>Are Facebook Marketplace reviews supported?</summary>

No. Facebook Marketplace reviews cannot be imported, this is a limitation of Facebook itself, not the app.

Meta does not provide access to Marketplace data through its official API. The app can only import reviews from **Facebook Business Pages** (Recommendations).

If you sell on Marketplace, the best alternative is to ask satisfied buyers to leave a recommendation on your Facebook Business Page instead.
